Timetabling Services Team
The Timetabling Services team听are here to support departments with their Timetabling requirements. The Team is made up of dedicated Faculty Timetabling Coordinators who can support colleagues within departments with a range of activities, such as:
- creating a CMIS account, setting up CMIS, initial user training and guidance
- assisting departmental colleagues when creating more complicated teaching events within CMIS

- rooming teaching events created in CMIS
- providing alternative suggestions when events cannot go ahead as planned/requested
- providing guidance on timetabling structures and best practice
