Description

In consultation with the Programme Director students choose four modules that are representative of at least two of the following topic areas:

Auditory processing
Speech processing (Perception and Production)
Phonetics and phonology
Syntax and morphology
Semantics and pragmatics
Language development
Language processing and pathology
Cognition and communication
Neurobiology of language
Theory construction and modelling

Students will then work with a member of academic staff to construct their own essay questions and complete two cross-disciplinary essays which draw on knowledge gained during the two lecture modules that they have followed during each term. students will be able to choose from all PLIN and PALS modules.
