Description

This module aims to provide an appreciation of the business environment within which an engineering or technology-focused organisation exists. The content is broad, covering key business and management disciplines within the themes of finance, strategy, marketing, supply and procurement and organisational behaviour. Module concepts are taught through a combination of lectures and related case studies which illustrate the applications of the principles.
