Description

In this module students will gain first-hand experience of professional practice through a series of workshops and a 150-hour project with a partner organisations. The aims of those activities will be to: Provide them with a broad understanding of professional practice within or outside the criminal justice and security sectors (e.g., workplace culture, organisation structure, management style and commercial awareness). Encourage the development of transferable skills (e.g., CV writing, project planning, time management, technical communication). Prepare them for lifelong learning through independent project work and student-led e-learning activities.
