Description

This module aims to ensure that students on the MSc Spatial Planning Degree Apprenticeship are making effective use of the workplace learning opportunities of their apprenticeship and are supported to work towards their end point assessment. The module will consist of a series of workshops which consider how professionals learn, the importance of reflective and reflexive practice, the skills required to be an effective chartered town planner, and the requirements of the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Assessment of Professional Competence. Students will be guided through the completion of a reflective journal to bring together their university and workplace learning throughout their apprenticeship.
