Description

A research project designed for those final year MSci students on the Natural Sciences programme taking the major stream in History, Philosophy and Social Studies of Science. The project will be of the student’s own design supported and advised by the academic staff of the Department of Science and Technology Studies. The department will provide a variety of key skill workshops to support the journey of asking a research question, developing a suitable methodology, seeking access to subjects and materials, analysing the data and writing up a compelling and original piece of research. The dissertation should represent the very best research and analysis a student can produce.
