Description

This module is designed to give you a foundation in marketing concepts and practices while also introducing you to the opportunities and challenges that arise particularly in marketing products and services in the health and healthcare sector. You will gain an appreciation of the complexity of marketing health and healthcare products in terms of the regulatory environment, financial pressures and competition. ÌýYou will also learn how the use of social media and digital marketing to customers is changing the healthcare landscape. ÌýYou will explore how the use of artificial intelligence and other tools are shaping health and healthcare products and services by aligning the offerings more with market demand and changing customer preferences and organisational competition.
