Description

This is a hands-on course where students will explore the management of innovation and its processes.Ìý The students will learn how to develop their innovative potential as well as the innovative capabilities in organizations, including how to manage change.Ìý In doing so, we will pay a special attention to how innovation relates to the entrepreneurial activities, including business model innovation.

Students will experience a range of learning methods from interactive lectures and case studies to experiential activities that will be the crucial elements of the class projects.Ìý The main aim of the projects will be to help students develop the relevant skills needed to manage innovation and its processes, and to provide an opportunity to experience first-hand the theories, tools and frameworks discussed in the course in a real business setting.
