Description

This is an introductory module in British Sign Language for students beginning MSc Language Sciences (Sign Language and Deaf Studies) who do not already have BSL level 1, or equivalent. The module teaches basic concepts of BSL from a linguistic perspective. The module will be taught face to face in British Sign Language via BSL/English interpretation for non-signing students. Each session will consist of lecture and discussion.
