Description

The aim of this module is to introduce you to different imaging techniques for ENT and Audiovestibular diagnosis and determine prognosis and monitoring of treatment effectiveness. These include: MRI, FMRI, CT, EEG with source reconstruction and MEG.

Each technique will be introduced with methods of recording and review of current uses in ENT and associated practice.

This is a compulsory module in the MSc Advanced Audiology: Otology and Skull Base Surgery pathway and an optional module in the MSc / PG diploma Advanced Audiology: Audiovestibular Medicine pathway.
