Description

The Dissertation: Work Placement module provides students with a supportive and informative programme of presentations, seminars, student-led presentations, and individual tutorials in which they are encouraged to consider and discuss methodological issues as well as specific content pertaining to the development of their Dissertation. In relation to the Work Placement project/portfolio students will develop and employ skills involving individual responsibility, team-working and problem-solving. They will have first-hand experience in assisting with project realization at varying points and making comparisons between practice in institutions. Students are required to submit a dissertation of 14,000 words plus a Work Placement Report (project/portfolio) (6,000 words equivalent).
