The graduation ceremony was followed by receptions on campus for graduates, guests and members of the Faculty to celebrate together.

On Wednesday 16 March, in-person graduation celebrations were held for our 2020 and 2021 cohorts, who had their graduation ceremonies online due to the pandemic.听

The ceremony took place at London鈥檚 ExCel Centre in East London. Guests were welcomed to the ceremony by 新香港六合彩开奖结果President and Provost Dr Michael Spence, followed by a speech by Professor Piet Eeckhout (Dean of 新香港六合彩开奖结果Laws). He said:

鈥淚 speak for everyone in the Faculty here when I say that we are incredibly impressed every year when we see the tremendous talent, commitment and hard work of our students. We are privileged to have been your teachers and we congratulate you all on your enormous achievement.鈥�

Graduates from the LLB, LLM and PhD programmes were presented their degrees by Karen Scott (Director of Undergraduate Programmes), Sarah Campling (Director of Postgraduate Taught Programmes) and Professor Alex Mills (Director of Research Studies).

A speech was given by special guest Gina Miller (businesswoman, activist and political party leader), who congratulated all graduates on this special day; and also听spoke about the importance of law in tackling different forms of injustice and inequality.

The event was followed by drinks receptions in the afternoon,听held at the main Portico听for our graduates to celebrate with their friends, families and members of the Faculty.
