Jacqui Kinghan selected as learning partner to The Public Law Project

Jacqui Kinghan, Head of Teaching and Learning in the ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûCentre for Access to Justice ²¹²Ô»åÌý, ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûPolitical Science, have been selected to act as learning partner to the pilot , funded by the foundation. The project uses action research and reflective learning to evaluate the ways in which frontline organisations understand and use the law to challenge the root causes of systemic disadvantage.

As part of the project Miss Kinghan and Dr Vanhala recently published a literature review on the use and impact of litigation in challenging unfair systems.
