The conference entitled, 鈥楾he Corporation in a Changing World鈥� was聽hosted by the聽聽and invited academics from around the world to share their perspectives on the conference鈥檚 theme.

Dr Choudhury鈥檚 talk focused on public-oriented corporate governance mechanisms and聽the limits of these increasingly popular governmental regulatory tools. The proceedings of the conference are set to聽be published shortly.
