The Acting Manager of the ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûCentre for Access to Justice, Shiva Riahi, has recently been appointed to the JUSTICE working party: ‘Delivering Civil Justice in an Age of Austerity’.

The working party, which will begin later this month, will examine key features of the resolution of disputes in the courts and tribunals, asses the adequacy of existing provision in an age of austerity and make recommendations for improvement. Supported by Herbert Smith Freehills, the working party will be chaired by The Rt. Hon. Sir Stanley Burnton.

The working party will also include Geoffrey Bindman, Carlos Debezies, Amanda Finlay, Sir Paul Jenkins, Andrew Lidbetter, Andrew Lockley, Kate Marcus, Nigel Plemming QC, and Richard Susskind.
