This includes guidance for line managers with case study examples and refers to relevant ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûpolicy and the Equality Act 2010, which has specific legal provisions that relate to staff with dependents. It also provides information on services available at ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûand links to external organisations.
