ÐÂÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûInternational Development Hub

Bringing together academics, students, non-profit, and industry organisations, we provide a platform from which to engage, inspire, educate and collaborate on international development related activities, with the aim of better understanding and solving real-world challenges.

Through engaging with a global community of professionals, we are able to raise awareness of key issues and facilitate the discussion of development-based ideas, helping to support initiatives that aim to improve people’s lives.

Activities

Our activities and partnerships provide a unique opportunity to engage in knowledge exchange, strengthen research and development capacity and offer support to new or existing sector projects.

Using our community of professional ‘Hub Associates’, we’re also able to help provide peer reviews, through a network made up of practitioners, anthropologists and policymakers. In addition, our annual programme of events including workshops and panel events, allow us to draw attention to graduate related recruitment and industry hot topics.Ìý

From participating in these activities, students can expect to gain a wealth of invaluable experience; from employability enhancing skills, career insights and opportunities to gain practical experience through working on a real- world project through one of our placements.Ìý

We are proud to have worked with a number of fantastic organisations including:Ìý

  • UNICEF MalawiÌý
  • All Hands and HeartsÌý
  • Royal Academy of EngineeringÌý
  • Young at Heart Ghana

Ìý
ÌýWe welcome interest from new organisations and initiatives on an ongoing basis. To discuss an opportunity or idea, please use the contact us feature above.Ìý
