Careers and Employability

In addition, they can support you in writing applications and interview practice and they also host a number of careers events throughout the year.

Fleming Society
The Fleming Society is the student run society for undergraduate Electronic Engineering Students at UCL. Throughout the year we offer a range of activities including workshops, hackathons, classes for sixth formers and student run projects.
Recent workshops have focused on improving students' lab skills, including a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Workshop, where the students designed circuits on a software called DipTrace.
Annual social events events include; the annual Student-Staff Dinner at Zizzi, a bar night and a bowling/karaoke collaborative event with Imperial College鈥檚 EESoc. In addition we arrange several talks for students from departmental research staff and speakers from industry, such as ARM, about what it is like to pursue a career in Engineering.
