Training on inclusion of disabled and neurodivergent people
This free course developed by the Faculty of Engineering EDI Team aims听to improve awareness and equip learners with strategies to be more听inclusive and proactive allies of disabled and neurodivergent听colleagues. The content is co-produced and shares knowledge to form a听foundation for inclusive attitudes and behaviours that value disabled听and neurodivergent people and accommodates preferred ways of working and reasonable adjustments.
